وبعد ان اقر الطرفان بكامل أهليتهما الشرعية والقانونية للتعاقد فقد اتفقا علي الآتي : ـ
أولاً : ـــ يقر الطرف الثاني (الزوجة) بعد إيجاب وقبول صريحين بأنها قد رغبت وقبلت الزواج من الطرف الأول زواجاً شرعيا لها على كتاب الله وسنة رسوله صلى الله علية وسلم وعملا بأحكام الشريعة الإسلامية بأن قالت للطرف الأول بمجلس العقد وأمام الشهود الحاضرين (زوجتك نفسي على كتاب الله وسنة رسول الله وعلى الصداق المسمى بيننا)
ثانياً : ـــ كما يقر الطرف الأول (الزوج) بعد إيجاب وقبول صريحين بأنه قد قبل الزواج من الطرف الثاني (الزوجة) زواجاً شرعياً على كتاب الله وسنة رسول الله صلى الله علية وسلم وعملا بأحكام الشريعة الإسلامية بأن قال للطرف الثاني بمجلس العقد وأمام الشهود الحاضرين(وأنا قبلت زواجك على كتاب الله وسنة رسول الله وعلى الصداق المسمى بيننا)
ثالثا : ـــ يقر طرفي العقد (الزوج والزوجة) بخلوهما من كافة الموانع الشرعية والقانونية المحرمة للزواج بينهما واعتبر هذا العقد بمثابة عقد زواج دائم منتج لكافة آثارها الشرعية والقانونية وأنه ليس بغرض المتعة الوقتية أو غيرها من الأسباب المبطلة للزواج كما يقر كلا الطرفان بخلوهما من كافة الأمراض المعدية الخطرة مثل الجزام والبرص والإيدز والكبد الوبائي .
رابعاً : ـــ يقر الطرف الأول (الزوج) بأنه يعترف بما تثمر عنه الحياة الزوجية من نسل ويعترف له بكافة الحقوق الشرعية والقانونية المقررة للأبناء من نسب ونفقة وميراث وكافة الحقوق الأخرى .
خامساً : ـــ ينسب الأولاد الذين تثمر عنهم الحياة الزوجية إلي الطرف الأول وفي حالة حدوث أي خلاف لا قدر الله يلتزم بالإنفاق عليهم بالنفقة اللازمة شرعا وقانونا
سادساً : ـــ يلتزم الطرف الأول بالقيام بكافة الالتزامات التي يلتزم بها الأزواج شرعا وقانونا من نفقة ومأكل وملبس ومسكن للزوجة ( الطرف الثاني ) وأولادها منه بما يتفق مع مكانه ومركز الطرف الأول الاجتماعية
سابعاً : ـــ للطرف الأول ( الزوج ) كافة الحقوق الزوجية المقررة شرعا وقانونا قبل الطرف الثاني ( الزوجة)
ثامناً : ـــ اتفق الطرفان علي أن يكون المهر المسمي بينهما هو مبلغ ……….. جنيها عاجله مبلغ……………. جنيهاً قبضته الطرف الثاني (الزوجة) بمجلس العقد وأمام الشهود الحاضرين ، وآجله مبلغ………… جنيها يحق لها المطالبة به عند حلول اجله شرعاً .
تاسعاً : ـــ للطرفين أن يقررا بإرداتهما مجتمعين على الطلاق وانفصام عرى الزوجية بموجب اتفاق يحرر بينهما في حينه علي انه إذا قام الطرف الأول بالطلاق بإرادته المنفردة دون اتفاق بينه وبين الطرف الثاني فانه يلتزم بدفع مبلغ وقدره …… جنيه فقط ………….جنيها مصريا كمتعة لها وتطيباً وجبراً لخاطرها عن الأضرار التي تصيبها من جراء ذلك التصرف المنفرد
عاشراً : ـــ تحرر هذا العقد من نسختين بيد كل طرف نسخة للعمل بموجبها عند الضرورة وقد أذنا لمن يشهد على هذا العقد .

After the two sides acknowledged the full and legal legitimacy to sign their qualifications have agreed on the following:
First, acknowledge the second party (wife) after the affirmative and accept honest it has wanted and accepted the marriage of the first party marriages legally have the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger, peace be upon him, and pursuant to the provisions of Islamic law that said first party House of the contract and in front of witnesses present (your wife myself book of Allah and the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah and the Dowry called us)
Secondly, as recognized in the first party (husband) after the affirmative and accepting candid that he had before the marriage of the second party (wife) marriage is legitimate on the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him, and pursuant to the provisions of Islamic law that said the Second Party House of the contract and in front of witnesses present ( I accepted your marriage on the book of Allah and the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah and the Dowry called us)
Third, recognize parties to the contract (husband and wife) they are free of all inhibitions and legal legitimacy of the Forbidden marriage between them and consider this contract as a marriage contract lasting product for all legitimate and legal implications and that it is not for pleasure temporary or other neutralizing causes of marriage as both parties hereby they are free from all diseases dangerous infectious such as leper and leprosy, AIDS and hepatitis.
Fourth, acknowledges the first party (husband) that he recognizes him as fruitful married life descendants and recognized him with all legitimate and legal assessments for the sons of the ratios and expense and inheritance rights and all other rights.
Fifth: boys who produce their married life is attributed to the first party in the event of any dispute, God forbid, they commit to spending the necessary alimony by law and
Sixth: The first party shall carry out all the commitments that stick out couples by law and the expense of food, clothing and housing for the wife (the second party) and her children from him in accordance with the place and the center of the first party social
Seventh: The First Party (husband) all marital rights prescribed by law and by the second party (wife)
