التحايل على قرار التمكين ,وماهى الوسائل القانونيه لايقاف قرار تمكين الزوجه من شقة الزوجية وهل يوجد فعلا طريقة لالغاء القرار .
طرق الغاء قرار التمكين :
- هنا بعض الحيل التى يلجاء اليها البعض لالغاء قرار تمكين الزوجه من شقة الزوجيه .
- ومنها بيع الشقه لاحد الاقارب كنوع من عدم اثبات ملكيه الشقه.

- اما بعد الطلاق فيتم تعديل القرار الى تمكين منفرده للزوجه الحاضنه .
- وبالتالى التحايل على قرار التمكين المشاركه غير مجدى اصلا.
- اما بعد الطلاق فالافضل رفع الدعوى الخاصه باتسبدال مسكن الحضانه لتجنب تضيع وقت الزوج فى المحكمه .

• But there is a legal action called replacing a nursery home.
• Or replace the marital home after the release of the empowerment.
Enabling sharing decision, can it be circumvented?
A decision is made for the couple to participate during the marriage:
• After the divorce, the decision is amended to enable a single wife for the foster wife.
• thus circumventing the participatory empowerment decision is not meaningful in the first place.
• As for after the divorce, it is better to file a lawsuit regarding changing the custody home to avoid wasting the husband’s time in court.
