• أولا الافضل الاستلام مش التنازل بمعنى انه استلمت الزوجه مبلغ كذا كمؤخر الصداق وليس  تنازلت الزوجه عن مبلغ كذا .
• ان يتم الامضاء بعد الطلاق وليس اثناء قيام العلاقه الزوجيه.
• ليه ؟ لان المؤخر يستحق بعد الطلاق وليس قبله .
